After personally losing over 100 pounds, Sheryl took a serious look at health and nutrition, got involved in body building and was a personal trainer and aerobics instructor before returning to school to become a registered dietitian. She continues to make fitness a priority and will talk nutrition and fitness with any one, any place and at any time. She is the author of The Right Start Daily Devotional, The Recipe, a pictorial cookbook, and Super Easy 200-Meal Menu Plan. All three publications can change the way you think about food, exercise, and include the Lord in all of the above.
